Terms of Service
The terms that apply when advisors and firms use the platform.
The service
The platform is client relationship software for insurance agents, POSPs, brokers, mutual fund distributors and wealth firms. It helps them organise client records, track renewals, store documents and draft communication.
We are not an insurer, insurance broker, mutual fund distributor or investment adviser. We do not sell, solicit or recommend any financial product.
No financial advice
Nothing in the platform, including AI-generated briefs, summaries or drafts, is financial, investment, tax or insurance advice. Advisors are solely responsible for the advice they give and for complying with IRDAI, SEBI, AMFI and other applicable rules.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate signup details and keep your login credentials confidential.
- Firm administrators are responsible for the users they add and the roles they assign.
- You must be a registered or licensed intermediary, or staff working under one, to store client financial data on the platform.
Client data and consent
You confirm that you have each client's consent to store their information and to contact them. You must honour opt-outs and contact preferences, which the platform helps you record.
You own your client data. You can export it at any time in standard formats.
AI assistant
Drafts and summaries are prepared from your records and may contain errors. Review every draft before sending. The assistant never sends messages on its own.
Acceptable use
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or contact clients who have opted out.
- Do not upload data you have no right to hold, or attempt to access other firms' data.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service.
Trial, billing and cancellation
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial for one advisor. Paid plans are billed per advisor, monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. We may improve or change features, and will give notice of material changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
Liability
The platform is provided to support your practice, not to replace your professional judgement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lapses, missed renewals or losses arising from decisions made by advisors or their clients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
